After months (and months and months) in quarantine, teams around the world started to figure out what their return to the office would look like. ServiceNow was one of the first companies to release a suite of services to help companies reopen safely. In this campaign, we follow some of our beloved brand characters from previous campaigns as they dust off their work bags, practice their boss moves, and come to terms with leaving the WFH oasis they’ve created.

More than Awareness
Though ServiceNow wanted to use this new product suite as an awareness driver, we wanted to make sure it could do more. The creative was built to be able to be cut down to drive conversion and consideration across various social and digital placements.
To Be or Not To Be in the Office
With how unpredictable the virus was, we wanted to be prepared to pivot between showing people at home or in the office, so we built an office in the basement of our location and captured two additional vignettes.
